Question Hello! Newbie here!

Hello Everyone! I was recommended to this website from a friend who I know from ************. I'm not new to the SBD, but I'm finally read to follow it to a T. I'm going grocery this weekend and starting Phase 1 Sunday. I've been working this week to cut out some fruits and things I know I can't eat in Phase 1 so it's not such a shock and doing well. But I also know that when I get bored, I eat bad stuff (bored as in bored with the same foods).

I'd love to hear what people enjoyed on Phase 1 to get some more ideas. I have the list of what I can eat and such but it's just a bit overwhelming that I think it scared the hamster off the wheel.....

There are so many recipes for phase one here that you could eat something different every day.............go take a good look around and you may be surprised at how many good choices there are. Good luck and hope to see you post often.

I will remain on plan for one full year without giving up no matter what!

One for every ten pounds lost

1st goal by 01/01/11 - 270 met 12 31 10!
2nd goal by 03/19/11 - 250 lbs met 03 16 11
3rd goal - 242 lbs Oops - have to work on this one again.
4th goal - 212 lbs when I will move from being obese to just overweight
