Wink Something I learned from this sloooooooo loss

Other than the fabulous people here that support, and appreciate everyone,I also noticed that when I've felt disappointed at a small loss in the past, this time I did NOT,just say to self..something like.."well to heck with it,I might as well hit the drive through, and eat"..which I have done with other disappoinnting occasions. I am still eating on program, and even though I'm officially in P2, I am not that far off of P1,just a couple pieces of bread during the week. I will wait for fruit when the season for fresh is here. I do feel physically good, actually great, and I think that too is in part of the excercise. So to acknowledge All of this, rather than just depend on the numbers on the scale is a huge personal achievement for me. I do hope that you are able to take note of all the benifits as well. As always, thanks for being here.your the best!

Choices - good for you! Like your attitude. My scale finally gave up a half lb this morning and I'm grinning from ear to ear. I completely agree with you about feeling better (except for my sprinned ankle right now ) and also I'm able to do so much more now than I could just six months ago. It is so worth it.
