So reading through the comments I assume these are not South Beach compatible on any phase if oil is the second ingredient and white ride the third? I wouldn't eat them because they would definitely be a trigger for me but can't imagine they would be okay on Phase 2?

oh man. these are just like chips for me. definitely to be avoided at all costs because i will definitely eat the entire bag.

I think if they have white rice they are not ok on any phase. If they used brown - then maybe - but I'm pretty sure it would be clear if it was brown as opposed to white. I think Kaplods is right that they are just like cheetos masquerading as a health food. And yes I'd also eat the whole bag, as I would any crunchy, salty, oily snack food.
