I missed this thread somehow...
My goals this week are 100 oz. of water daily, 60 minutes of exercise monday-saturday and no snacking after dinner.
4/4 - check on the water, check on the exercise
4/5 - check on the exercise, check on the exercise, check on the snacking

UNT, as for replacing coffee with water after 9 am, what about warm lemon water? it is comforting, the lemon is a natural energizer and it is a great way to jumpstart your metabolism in the morning. I drink my cup 'o' coffee early, then switch to warm lemon water until I go to the gym.

LOL, come on girl, what is this business about "sort of check on the snacking"? You either did or you didn't, there is no "sort of" mentioned in your goal.

busted by T&T!, I had 1/4 c. of greek yogurt with some shredded apple that I had leftover in the fridge. mama was hungry!
anyway...sitting here, about ready to gnaw off my hand, frantically chewing gum. i'm pretty sure i'm just craving food because i told myself that i can't eat it. i'm not hungry. blah blah blah. this is tough. :/

I agree, it is tough! Grandma is hungry tonight too! But I'm hanging on and hope to make it until bedtime.
Let's both just take a deep breath and dig deep.........hoping to see you in the morning with good news.

Good job!
I almost grabbed a Lara Bar to take to the basketball game tonight...
I generally have an early dinner and save my afternoon snack to eat while we're at the game, but I forgot and ate my snack today. We talked about bringing the Lara Bars, but then I realized that would put me over my 1 fruit serving for the day. When I told DH I'd made a commitment to you guys to eat 1 fruit and 1 grain every day this week he kinda looked at me strange, but then didn't bring one for himself either.

Ah, zut! I didn't make my goal for yesterday. It was a pretty hellish day and I was running on 3 hours of sleep. Did get some activity doing chest compressions (about 40 minutes worth total, in two minute cycles, à la CPR), but I just had nothing left in me to get out to the gym and study in the evening. I'll get there tonight to finish off this challenge!
I'll start a new thread tomorrow morning for next week... so start thinking about what your goal will be!
I think I will focus on getting enough water and no diet soda. I drink way, way too much diet A&W Rootbeer. It's ridiculous! I'm going to be out of town from Thurs-Sunday so strict exercise and food goals probably wouldn't work. I'll just do my best to stick to my regular plan on those.

Pulled my longest jog ever for the week's finale: 1:00:05, just meeting the day's goal.
Run graph attached below for proof
