Default Back to this Forum..

because I remembered that last year when I needed a good swift kick in the pants, I got one here..

So I'm back.

Because I've been cheating.. it started out simple enough.. just a little cheat.. and then POOF .. cheating every day..my weight loss had been stalled and now it's creeping back UP! Because I got lazy and I lost faith in the fact that this is a healthy diet regardless of plateaus.

Also? I stopped eating enough veggies which is why I think I stopped losing.. nuts and cheese were my staples.. meh.

So, here I am.. looking for inspiration!

Thank you! If only I had the dedication to eating well and cleaning that I had to my knitting.... if Wishes were Horses and all that...

Welcome back. Just making the decision to come back was a good first step. Now that you're here safe on the beach, just keep putting one step in front of the other and in no time, you'll be doing great again.
