How many servings of beans per day can you have in phase 1? The book says "start with 1/3 - 1/2 cup" but I find that a bit vague. Does the book mean 1/3 - 1/2 cup per serving
or 1/3 - 1/2 cup per day
When I do my meal plan, I am finding myself picking meals or snacks that involve beans. My question is, how many 1/3 - 1/2 cup servings of beans can you have in one day on phase 1?
