Hm, good to know. I probably eat too much cheese... I do *try* to limit it to 1 ounce/28 g per serving, but... I recently discovered a reduced fat pepper jack (Cabot's 50% reduced fat) and I was pretty much just chowing down on that. Danger, danger!
I have to start weighing again. Sometimes I am surprised at how much 1 oz is (shredded) and sometimes I am disappointed at how little 1 oz is (sliced).
Mini-goal #5, last one? (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: Aug. 19,2015 (previous mini-goal took 30 days)
END OF 2015 CHALLENGE: Stick to modified IP (Started Apr. 29) until Dec. 31 ... or 25 pounds lost, whichever comes first. Start exercising!!!
