I need advice again ladies lol, could someone please tell me how much cheese we can have per day???

According to the phase one food list (found here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/sbd-...ay-2008-a.html). Cheese is unlimited. But, some people find that if they eat too much they don't lose as much weight.

Thanks ladies, just don't want to over do it on the cheese as it's another thing I like

Well I'm off to have a spinach, sweet pepper, onion and coriander with feta cheese and mozzarella omelette.

Hm, good to know. I probably eat too much cheese... I do *try* to limit it to 1 ounce/28 g per serving, but... I recently discovered a reduced fat pepper jack (Cabot's 50% reduced fat) and I was pretty much just chowing down on that. Danger, danger!

I have to start weighing again. Sometimes I am surprised at how much 1 oz is (shredded) and sometimes I am disappointed at how little 1 oz is (sliced).
Mini-goal #1 (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds. Start date: October 31. Completed Nov 21! = 21 days.
Mini-goal #2: Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: November 22.
2016 CHALLENGE: Get back on modified Ideal Protein Diet until 25 pounds lost total. Start exercising!!!
