Today marks my first full month on SB. Although I was nervous to get on the scale, I did meet my goal of losing 10 lbs! It feels great! I'd like to lose 7 this next month, but I'm gonna need to change up the exercise. I'm getting too good at power walking
Your weight is now what mine was when I started and we are the same height AND have the same goal (mine is currently 129), so I will be curious to see how you progress.
Mini-goal #1 (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds. Start date: October 31. Completed Nov 21! = 21 days.
Mini-goal #2: Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: November 22. 2016 CHALLENGE: Get back on modified Ideal Protein Diet until 25 pounds lost total. Start exercising!!! >>>Revised goal ends up ~16—19% total weight loss
