I've thought a lot about this because I already feel like I've taken on a lot by trying each day to eat on plan plus getting my exercise in and don't want to try and do too much and fail at everything by overextending myself. But that being said, I have decided that I do want to be a part of this challenge and my goal will be to post to at least two of the other threads on this site every day
. Doesn't sound hard but I have a tendency to not want to post if I'm not doing great and I know it is important so will see if this helps make it become a habit for me.
