Exclamation Anyone else need some accountability?

Anyone besides me interested in reviving our old challenges? The ones where we picked our goal and reported in daily. I am really struggling with consistency and the accountability might help me stay on track. If people are interested, maybe one of the mods or experienced folks out here can help us set it up

Decide what you want to track and set it up as a new thread. Let us know and we'll stick it. There is no sense in making it just another exercise or menu thread as they exist already. General chatter should stay in the daily IMHO.

So... chicks who are interested - should we just set this up like last year with tracking by day and 2 points per day possible: one for reporting here and one for meeting the goal? Other thoughts? I'd say we start today (or as of yesterday?) and go through the end of the month.

I'd be open to some kind of weekly exercise challenge. I find the month-long one is too long for me, but I could probably maintain my focus and commit to an actual exercise challenge for a week at a time.

Other weekly challenges that could be started: get 8 cups of water day, 8 servings of veggies/day, 7-9 hours sleep a night...really any habits people seem to have trouble with, right?

YES! I love our old challenges. Last February, we had a challenge which was the one thing that got me on track.

I like the 2 point system. And that anyone can pick whatever goal they want. Mine would definitely be sticking to my plan. At least I am improving. Before it was just making a plan.

Should we do a "Spring Challenge" until Memorial Day? We used to do them for months at a time if I remember correctly... Who will make our icon??

Hooray!

I miss the challenges, but interest was lagging so we took a break. Let me know what/how much you want me to do Karen, and I'll get busy.

Okay everyone... I'll start a new official challenge thread. One of the mods will make it a sticky for us, so look for it.

I propose we start Saturday to give people a chance to decide on goals. Also, since it is almost 90 days until Memorial Day, let's break the time in half and do a challenge now with another later if there is interest. So the first one will run from May 5 through April 17. Heidi has graciously agreed to design a badge for us.
