Okay, maybe this has been asked before but when I searched, I couldn't find it so I apologize if it's redundant! Why can't you have fat free yogurt? Most are sweetened only artificially (no real sugar) and certainly not real fruit (fruit flavoring only). So, am I missing something?
If you're talking about flavored yogurts, you also have to watch for thickeners - starches and other things that are added. I don't eat them, so I don't know which brands are okay (if any) and which aren't for phase I, but always a good idea to read all the ingredients and know what's in there. Of course fat free plain yogurt is okay for any phase.

ok so I'm still confused (probably not too hard to do hehe) so are there none that are sf artificially flavored fat free that actually are allowed? I thought I saw it said they were ok in the book but actually could not find any that had no sugar... the closest I found was the Dannon and I think it may have sugar though less than some of the others... Will try to use some the above suggestions though... (thanks for this question and answers btw!! I was wondering about this today too!!)

I don't use artificial sweeteners so I have never bothered with the artificially flavored yogurts. Too many chemicals for me. Seriously, try plain yogurt. It's really yummy! Especially if you throw some nuts on top. Or even dip cucumber slices or tomato in it. Or what about cottage cheese? Super good and great protein!
