Default Ok so I'm just gonna jump in...
I've been a 3fc lurking member for quite a while... I set up my signature and that was pretty much most of my activity So I've been lurking around here since the beginning of February when I finally went for it and started south beach (did it once before and lost 25lbs and got pregnant and never made it back). Anyway I keep reading posts and such and just finally decided I was gonna say hi and introduce myself!

I've actually been pretty happy so far with this woe... phase 1 wasn't as painful as I'd feared, I did try to stay on it an extra week but it was also af's visit and I stayed bloated and started to get frusterated so moved cautiously to phase 2 though I think I'm mostly tending toward ph1 today added in whole wheat rounds and had a *gasp* sandwhich then had a little piece of dark chocolate... we'll see how it works out! this week I have been losing again so I'm pretty happy since as of today I'm down 14 pounds since the beginning of feb (even with superbowl and valentines day and dh's birthday *he begged me to eat a piece of cheesecake with him* )
