Default Granola Crisps...Okay for Phase II???

Okay, I hate to admit it, but I still have some questions about what is and isn't allowed. I found these granola crisps today that look REALLY good and they're marked down to $1.49 from $4.99. But before I buy them I wanted to put them up here for you guys to inspect, LOL

Here's the nutritional info:

And here's the ingredients:

Are they out of the question b/c of the evaporated cane juice (that's just a fancy way to say "sugar" right???)...and what about the corn flour or is it far enough down on the list to not really matter much???

I wonder what others will say, personally I don't know the answer. I guess I would be wary of any processed product like this. The sugars are low on the nutritional info, but that is per serving, and who knows how much a serving turns out to be (you should count it out when you first eat this so you know exactly how much it is).

I would avoid them personally. With the evaporated cane juice, sugar, corn flour, and barley malt syrup (three kinds of sugar) they could be a craving starter. I'm sure the serving size is less than I would want. There is a granola recipe here and I've found no sugar added whole grain vanilla granola before (also a problem for me as it turned out, couldn't stick to one serving).
