OK - I just checked my revised goal and am supposed to be down 4 lbs from yesterday's weight to be at my red-line maintaining weight. It is *possibly* doable since I am hoping yesterday's weight was an artificially high number.
Mini-goal #5, last one? (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: Aug. 19,2015 (previous mini-goal took 30 days)
END OF 2015 CHALLENGE: Stick to modified IP (Started Apr. 29) until Dec. 31 ... or 25 pounds lost, whichever comes first. Start exercising!!!
