Question New to SB..Am i screwing up phase1?

So i have about 100 pounds to lose and i have so far lost 5.6 pounds .. Yes, im one of those scale addicts who weighs every morning and it says i gained a pound which is causing me discouragement and im just wondering..am i screwing up my diet with these few little things? Just makes me wonder??

a) Litehouse garden veggie dip..Has 1 gram of carb per serving but 80 calories..and its 2tbsp for a serving..is this too high in cal? I have 3tbsp with veggies..

b) 3 minute flourless cake..and eggs..is there a limit to eggs..cause i have probably 4 a day..

c) sugar free chocolate pudding?? i only have 1/2 cup a night..is it going to kill my weight loss efforts? I didnt realize it was forbidden until today..but will it really do harm?

d) no fat sugar free vanilla flavoured yougurt..1/2 cup.. i hate hate hate the low fat plain yogurt and i cant find any sugar free syrups..can you really use sugar free jam? in phase 1?

If you're on Phase I, it is important to follow the plan. It's not all about weight loss. It's about detoxing your body and stabilizing your blood glucose. That sets the stage for successful weight loss and decreasing cravings and helps you achieve success on this plan. That's why the pudding and flavored yogurt are not OK until Phase II. Have you read the SB book? It really explains the principles behind this way of eating. What's in the flourless cake? It's important to know what ingredients to avoid....added starches, corn byproducts and sweeteners that go by alternative names. SB teaches you to read labels a lot. Sugar is added to everything nowadays.

The flourless cake is the 3 minute flourless cake recipe found in the dessert section on here for phase 1..it has 1 egg, 3tsp of splenda..2tbsp of chocolate cocoa baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tbsp of low fat/skim milk and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Buuuuuut... i of course have been putting on sugar free fat free pudding on top with a tbsp of cool whip because we neither have cool whip free OR light Cool Whip... I live in a very remote town that has only one grocery store here in Canada, and they dont sell even close to near as much as Americans have..and i have never even seen cool whip free in my life..let alone light cool whip..though we have diet rite finally..thank god.. i thought i was going to die of asperatame posioning..

But my dip is okay right? With 1g of carb? and 80 calories for 2 tbsP?
Does the corn starch really affect the blood sugar?
