Good Morning
Me, slept in after a very long day in Denver. The sunrise is nice, though, and I think I'll head out with the pups. Today, work on the books, exercise, food bank, lunch, Law and Order...in that order. I'm committing here to finish the dumb canning jars (remember) from this fall. They are in the basement and I'm tired of looking at them. My food day is planned which helps me so much. Take care everyone!

! I finally earned my fourth carrot 
The scale fought me for over two weeks but I hung in there and patience paid off 
. Lab work came back just fine yesterday but can't say the same for the dental appointment. Dentist said I've got some bone loss but doesn't know why as there is no apparent problem with the tooth so I'm on antibiotic for a week and then a recheck. Always something at my age!
