Long story short. I was still having some carb issues, so I decided to do another week (plus, due to my current weight it didn't seem like a bad idea anyways :P). Problem? Day before my weigh in I was at -20.5 lbs and then day of my weigh in I was back up to -17 lbs and have since NOT MOVED.
I've been watching my calories and I'm in an appropriate range according to spark people (I wasn't really watching the number for the first two weeks - and input it all in at the end of the day because wanted the information for later :P)
*is so confused* I was going to start working out again (haven't done so since december ) but, should I wait or just continue on knowing what I'm doing should be working?
(just to note, I'm counting from the BEG. of my weight loss journey, no, I did not lose 20lbs in two weeks :P)
