I lost about 7 pounds on phase one, and am now in my first week of phase two. So far I've lost another half pound or so, but pretty much staying steady. I'm just hoping to lose a pound a week from here on out. I only had about 20 lbs to lose in the first place though. I will say that I think a lot of it has to do with the amount of exercise you do. I upped my running and added strength training, which seemed to help a ton.
