that should help answer your questions. For now I'd just go right back to basics and watch for cravings. You might see a bump on the scale but it will be temporary if you jump back on plan. Good thing you asked when you did
Check the Phase II food list too. Remember a bagel should be whole grain and small when you do have one (not the huge ones most places sell).
