Whenever I eat anything with flaxseed meal I feel spacey and kinda weird the rest of the day. For example, a little muffin made with flax seed meal, an egg, baking soda, and cinnamon, with butter. (Nuke in a coffee mug for 60 sec or so).
Any of the ingredients in other recipes I'm fine.
Is it possible to have a flax intolerance? This happened before I started sb but I thought I'd give the muffin a try again during phase 1, thinking maybe all the sugar and carbs I was eating before were what was making me feel weird.
But it's definitely only when I have flaxseed meal. Any ideas?
