S-trail mix (mixed nuts w/ a very small amount of dark chocolate)
D-veggie burger on ww thin bun w/turkey bacon and some sort of veggie
First on plan day in a few. Stupid coworkers/students and their tempting baked goods
B - Decaf coffee w/sf creamer, 1 egg w/lf cheese, 1 turkey bacon, V-8
L - apple and string cheese
S - 1 cup ff plain Greek yogurt w/cinnamon, splenda and walnuts
D - Sprimp and grn salad
yesterday:
1: scrambled eggs with peppers and onions, ezekiel toast with almond butter, coffee
2: half size salad with bbq chicken, greens and some black beans (best option at a restaurant that had mainly pizza and pasta), 1/2 pint of beer
3: bunless turkey burger, side salad instead of fries
exercise: 30 min. treadmill
today:
1: scrambled eggs with spinach, peppers and onions, orange
2: nonfat latte
3: mesclun greens with a sesame vinaigrette, grilled chicken satay appetizer (3 skewers @ 1 oz. each - just a bit of peanut sauce)
4: salad...i'm getting sick of salad.
Heading to my mom's this afternoon for Christmas eve celebrations.
I found ExerciseTV on OnDemand today..it's awesome! I was panicking because I didn't have time to go to the gym before we left, but this is an easy way to fit some exercise in - I did 30 Day Shred while my pie was baking!

4: a bit of wine (I'm such a lightweight these days that I just can't overindulge on wine or I'll be hugging the toilet all night)

So, I won't go into what I ate yesterday. It wasn't on plan, but again, I was happy that I was able to restrain myself from just gorging myself until I was sick. I had a half slice of pumpkin pie and just ate the filling because the crust wasn't all that tasty. I avoided the dinner rolls because they weren't anything special. Held myself to two glasses of wine the entire day. It was a great day and the scale wasn't up much this morning, just a bit from a little water retention.
today, back on plan. i'm going to do P1.5 for a bit to get rid of some cravings.
