I come in here often and get recipes and look around but I don't talk much. Well I just wanted to tell all of you thank you. Today is my first successful week of Phase I and I feel awesome. All of my cravings are gone and I am slowly learning to listen to my body and enjoy my new lifestyle.
I would have not made it on eggs alone. Having all of these recipes really helped. I get easily frustrated and would have stopped but I made it and just one more week to go. I hale absolutely no sugar craving even carbs are like ewwwwww!!! We had a Christmas party the other day and I brought my lunch and snacks as usual. I wondered how I would fair but I was able to sit in that room with all those "goodies" and not have one desire to partake in any of it.... Yeah me!
I have even gotten my boyfriend to eat what I eat and he is loving eating "healthier". I still have to cook him "regular" food but he gets excited about what we are having for dinner now a days.
I have managed to avoid the scale also.....that is a huge problem for me. I do my official 2wk weigh in on the 19 ( Japan time) and I am so excited. I feel good, and I look good.
Thank all of you ladies for just being here and constantly sharing your thoughts it has really helped me get through that first week...
, Mommy2bgtwins, and congratulations for a successful first week on Phase 1! I know you'll be very pleased when you step on that scale on the 19th. The first week is the hardest, but you're halfway there and soon you'll be ready to start introducing Phase 2 foods into your plan.

Welcome Mommy and congrats on completing a clean first week of phase one! The worse part is almost behind you. Hang in there and come back often. I could never do what I'm doing without all the help that I get from these ladies either.
I will remain on plan for one full year without giving up no matter what!
One for every ten pounds lost
1st goal by 01/01/11 - 270 met 12 31 10!
2nd goal by 03/19/11 - 250 lbs met 03 16 11
3rd goal - 242 lbs Oops - have to work on this one again.
4th goal - 212 lbs when I will move from being obese to just overweight
