I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed unless yours has added ingredients. It is pretty low GI. Just remember that while we don't count calories 46 calories for 1 cup of water can add up. Something to watch if you stall

I used it on Phase 1 and continue to use it. I don't drink it very often, though because I don't like to drink my calories. It is a treat or supplement when i need extra potassium. It is super tasty, though
