I agree. Wholeheartedly. I personally think that we have to have room to forgive ourselves for our minor (and major) indiscretions. For me, I have those days where I slip a bit, but its ok, and I get it right back under control without much of a blip. Stuff happens. It is how we deal with how we feel. If we just take a minor slip and treat it as minor, we are good to go. Well I am anyway, everyone is different
