I will allow myself a few off plan things on Thanksgiving Day, so I have GOT to stay on track between now and then!
My weekend goals are very similar to yours Cyndi, I'm going to eat on plan and exercise for an hour each day.
I'll also spend some time carefully planning meals and snacks for the coming week. It's pretty easy when it's just Fergie and me, but we'll have a house full of family this week.
My mom and my daughter will be here for most of the week and my son will be here for 2 or 3 days, too. I enjoy fixing everyone's favorites while they're here but I need to make sure I've got lots of on plan foods around for myself, too.
