What is your very favorite SB recipe?
The one you make over and over?
Mine is turning out to be Vegetable Moussaka from the Supercharged book. I am making it now (again) DD even likes it (but she picks out the onions) DH likes it too! It is phase 1 too!

geez, i have so many: the steak kababs with peanut sauce is excellent, the spinach and chicken casserole is super tasty and comforting, the szechwan shrimp is a favorite around here as well.

I'd have to say our favorite at home is OP pizza. I use a WW flour tortilla, make my own crust, buy a WW boboli or fancy up a Kashi pizza. Our favorite toppings are onions, black olives, zucchini, artichoke hearts and morningstar veggie sausage. Whatever is avaliable. I always measure the cheese out because it's easy to overdo.

Oh wow...do we really have to pick our favorite!! lol Mine are - Chicken Salsa bake, Taco Bake, Lost My Noodles Veggie Lasagna & White Bean Turkey Chili. Those are my four staple dinners that I always have ingredients for and that my whole family will eat without complaining that they're being forced to eat healthy!

I'm just interested in staples, the regular things you make.

I have two top faves, Butternut Squash Lasagna and Deep Dish Spaghetti Squash Pie, although there are many recipes in here that I really like and make often.

Making the butternut squash lasagna again this weekend. I think I might add some greens to it as well.
The spinach and chicken casserole is in the phase 1 entrees recipe section in this forum
