this must be the third or fourth time i've returned to this awesome site to
re-adjust my eating habits/way of life & now hope to finally make the change instrinsic and stop merely "dieting" and STICK with it. it seemed there was always something that caused me to regress back to unhealthy habits: health issues, family, university & work stress etc. i'm sure you all have been there. it seems so hard to stay motivated. now i am in therapy and have taken a 3 month semi-sabbatical from teaching in order to focus on my health and physical fitness.
very much looking forward to sharing my experiences with you and offering my support whenever i can.
