Thank you for the encouragement. I think I need to check back here more often. I do always feel better when I get off all the junk food and bad carbs.

You are welcome Karen. Maybe you need an incentive, reward yourself for every pound lost by giving yourself a dollar, then spend it when you reach each mini-goal.

That's a good idea. I can save my dollars for a new pair of jeans (although I already have them in all sizes)...lol

ha ha Karen...I have wardrobes from size 8 to size 16....lol But, I decided that when I get to goal weight, I'm gonna buy an EXPENSIVE pair of jeans that make my butt look fabulous. Then those will be my gauge of when I need to watch it with the eating. And hopefully the huge price tag will be incentive to make sure they fit for a LONG time. Now I just need to get to goal weight....sigh

That is a really good idea. I've always wanted a really expensive pair of jeans. I guess I'll have to wait till I get close to goal though because I want to be able to wear them for awhile at the price I'm going to pay...lol
