Hi chickies...today was my weigh in day after the first wk. of P2..and I lost 2lbs.! I'm very happy with that result..That's a total of 12lbs.in 3wks. I havn't lost my resolve..which is easier for me as long as I continue down with the losing..I mean hea,what's a potato when you can drop a couple? I wonder why tho I havn't felt my pants that much looser...what's up with that? Knowing me i'm probably losing it in my face,or fingers..anyway..I'm losing,and I'm happy...Keep on girls..and now on to the 4th wk....take care, Choices~

Spaghetti squash is REALLY good!!! There's a recipe here for a baked "spaghetti" dish and it is fantastic. As a matter of fact, Kroger had their spaghetti squash marked down to 89 cents per pound today, so I picked one up and plan on making the baked spaghetti sometime this weekend. YUM!!!
