Default Back again and fatter than ever

Not the title I wanted to come back with but its true. I have to lose this weight or I will make my daughter an orphan again. I am trying to find the motivation to stick to this but having a hard time..Starting SB on Sunday!

Wish me luck! Being fat sucks!

Welcome back! You found the immediate motivation, she is in your house Sometimes motivation comes, sometimes it goes. Make a commitment to yourself, to your daughter and to your future grandchildren to be healthy and vital as long as you can. You are worth it

Welcome back! I restarted PH1 myself yesterday after really getting off track and struggling all summer. It is amazing how much better I feel (physically and emotionally) after just one day of being recommitted.

Definitely sending positive vibes your way! Unlike other vices (smoking, soda pop, gambling) eating is not something we can just stop doing. But I agree with Cyndi, your biggest motivation is right in front of you every day. You can do it!

Fluffymama, I could have posted this myself! I came on after being gone for months and looked at my signature line. I actually cried when I saw that I am now five pounds heavier. I have lost all motivation and direction and am just struggling to get both back. We can do this!
