Question Sugar free Jello pudding cups on Phase I
Are these allowed? They have 60 calories and *modified cornstarch* or something like that. I was figuring since you are allowed 75-100 calories of a sugar free treat on phase 1, these would be a good idea. I don't want to wreck it. I am down to 195.8 from my highest 205 (204 when I started this plan), I think I am on day 11 of Phase 1. Love it!

Sorry, but nope. Puddings are not allowed on Phase 1 because of the cornstarch.
