I couldn't get going early enough to post this morning. It was a dark, dreary, Friday morning and my bed just felt TOO good.
Karen, I feel your pain.
I've been avoiding the scale for the past few weeks and when I stepped on it this morning I had a shock!
I'm only up a few pounds, but I packed them on so quickly that it's scary. The beginning of the school year is always a tough time for me - I love it but I get so tired and never seem to have enough time. Cooking good foods and exercising have been pushed aside way too much lately. I need to quit making excuses and get back on track. And quick!
On a brighter note, I'm so glad it's Friday! I am looking forward to just being Heidi for a few days, before I go back to"Teacher, teacher!"
