Ah yes, I remember doing the same when I did South Beach the first time about 3 years ago, thinking after I ate it that it wasn't a good idea .... It didn't affect me as far as I could tell. Hopefully you will have the same result.
But then again, things like that (a small amount of flour, maybe a teaspoon or two, mixed with protein and whatever else eaten at the same time) were not my problem. A flour tortilla or a piece of cake, however ... now THAT would set off a carb-fest!
