lol yea ive done it before and did very well on phase 1. I just had my afternoon snack. Turkey pepperoni and laughing cow cheese. I put the cheese on the pepp. and put in the microwave for 30 seconds yum!

Just wanted to say thank you for asking this question! I'm just starting Phase 1 myself and was a little confused reading that non-fat milk and non-fat greek yogurt were okay - even with the sugar in the nutritional information. Learning that it has to be listed in the ingredients makes much more sense now.
