Kalyn's Kitchen
You got me thinking curry sounds pretty good! This is what I'm doing:
I have part of a carcass from a grocery rotisserie chix-which already has lots of seasonings added. I put the carcass in the crockpot, covered it with boiling water and added 1 lg onion, cut in half. I tossed in 1 1/2 T Frontier Seasonings, Curry Powder. I'll let it cook while I'm gone-2 hrs. When I get back I'll debone the chix, slice my onion halves smaller, add some garbanzo beans and largely diced zucchini. I can adjust the seasonings at the end.
The thing about curries is that you can add practically any meat or vegetable...sweet potatoes, onions, zucchs, carrots, cauliflower....I've never tried broccoli....beans. Curries are very flexible.
