One quick question are hot wings okay for phase 1 yesterday i had 5 they have 0 carbs and 1 gram of suger. I am doing okay on the diet but i struggle with this questions. Now my friend says you should not do hard work outs like I do tae bo for almost 2 hours 5 times a week but she said on phase 1 I should just walk. But i dont know why i feel great.
