Default Chicken hot wing good for phase 1?

One quick question are hot wings okay for phase 1 yesterday i had 5 they have 0 carbs and 1 gram of suger. I am doing okay on the diet but i struggle with this questions. Now my friend says you should not do hard work outs like I do tae bo for almost 2 hours 5 times a week but she said on phase 1 I should just walk. But i dont know why i feel great. Well thanks ladies for any information anyone can give me.

If you are talking about traditional fried chicken wings, no. Nothing fried on SB at all, along with the dipping sauces.

If you are used to do that kind of exercise every day, no you don't want to stop, just make sure you are eating enough and drinking lots of water.

As femmecreole pointed out, chicken wings are not allowed on SBD, because of their fat content. The only chicken you are allowed are skinless chicken breasts.

And your exercise program is just fine.

Just wanted to add, if you are craving hot wings, easy to make your own version with chicken breast that would be SB legal.
