One quick question are hot wings okay for phase 1 yesterday i had 5 they have 0 carbs and 1 gram of suger. I am doing okay on the diet but i struggle with this questions. Now my friend says you should not do hard work outs like I do tae bo for almost 2 hours 5 times a week but she said on phase 1 I should just walk. But i dont know why i feel great. Well thanks ladies for any information anyone can give me.
As femmecreole pointed out, chicken wings are not allowed on SBD, because of their fat content. The only chicken you are allowed are skinless chicken breasts.
