Default Protein powder

I see a few recipes with protein powder, but I don't see the powder listed in the book or in the food list on this site. Are we allowed it P1? What brand do you buy?

Just choose one you like, but be very careful of the sugar content. I like organic hemp powder. Some protein mixes are just full of all kinds of sugar, msg, and other unpronounceables. Read the labels closely for "junk".

A good protein powder will have lots of protein and little, if any sugar. I use just straight whey protein (either vanilla or plain), but I have also used Labrada Lean Body Carb Watchers before and it has been fine. The labrada is quite a bit more expensive than the whey, and therefor I stick with the whey

IMHO, I would probably wait until P2 to use it. Just so you get started with a good detox...
