Default Using soy flour to replace some wheat flour in a pizza dough recipe?

Here's the recipe to the whole wheat pizza dough. http://hubpages.com/hub/Whole-Wheat-Pizza-Dough-Recipe

I bought some King Arthur's 100% red wheat flour (or whatever it's called!) and I saw they had soy flour too, so I got it. The package says you can make soy milk with it (cool!) and it can be used in 'gravies' and things for thickening as well as replacing some of the flour in original recipes.

I'm trying to replace some of the wheat flour (not all) with soy flour, but I've never done this before so I was wondering if any of you have experience with it so I don't screw up my pizza dough. I really like the idea, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

quick on my way out the door answer It is a little heavier. I use all kinds of flours in my bread but never more than 1/4 of the recipe unless I also add gluten. Flax meal is also a tasty though higher fat addition. it's definitely worth experimenting with

Thanks Cyndi! I saw gluten at Walmart and ALMOST got it, but I didn't. I definitely will get some. I'll use soy flour in 1/4 of the recipe because I trust your word. I'm really excited about trying this! :-)
