Back on P1
Hi
I did 7 P1 days and then blew it for a week. On a different note, I really enjoy eating the nuts, I take ricotta, splenda, a few walnuts and SF maple syrup, someone once posted this recipe and it's great. Does anyone who eats nuts daily find that it slows weight loss? OR perhaps the SF syrup is a trigger |

My personal suggestion would be to do Phase 1 until you lose the cravings and start feeling good again-3 to 5 days. Then you could really ease into a Phase 2 on a good note. In my opinion, Phase 2 is really all about long term lifestyle change. I really enjoy the nuts, too. Many beachers find they're quite easy to overdo and that they certainly can slow weightloss. My personal habit varies; I used to have a spoonful before I would go on my morning bike ride. Instead, I now have a spicy mix that I toss on my lunch salad every day. Best wishes! |
I think it would be best to do a full P1 since you haven't completed one. If this happens again after you've completed a full P1, then 3-5 days on P1 will probably suffice. imo, at least.
