I decided to start tracking exercise again after 6 weeks of caregiving and getting off my exercise schedule. I've been writing it on my calendar. I'm keeping track of hours and miles on my bike and will add on at the end of the month. As of today I have 5hrs11min on my bike and 46 miles.

I'm shooting for 100 miles this month-not bad for the gal who couldn't ride around the block.
