Kath, you can have what ever you feel like having for breakfast, be it leftovers from last night's supper, a sandwich, salad, etc., as long as it's South Beach friendly. There is a sticky in our FAQ section of this forum, too, for breakfast alternatives that will give you plenty of ideas.
