Smile Phase I- 1st week down!!
I am so proud of myself!! I made it thruogh the first week without going off plan! This is a HUGE accomplishment for me because I usually give in! I feel great!!

I've been off SB for about 2 years and gained MORE weight. I am so glad I decided to do this!
