Finally worked out last night (walk/run). I haven't all summer due to foot problems. But I took it easy--relatively--and did about a mile and then some core work. I think that exercise is going to help get me over this 170's lurch. I finally moved past 175 and want to get in the 160's before I go back to work mid-August. Possible? We'll see. I'm itching to get back into my pre-pregnancy-pre-invitro clothes!!! Good luck ladies!!
