Default I succeeded on phase 1!!!
Hi all,
Today is my last day on phase 1 and I lost 7.4 lbs over the 2 weeks. Here is to slowly adding back carbs!!!

Congrats Karen! We started on 7/12! I've only lost a pound but I've been on my period. Whenever I eat the SBD way, my period comes back!
