I'm starting SB today, I did it years ago and was very successful losing 35 pounds, have since gained and lost those a few times. I am new to 3FC, how do I post SW/C/G weights, I plan on staying here for lots of support and posting.
Beth I am new too, starting the plan this Sunday, I have been trying to get things together this week, that is a meal plan and will be going grocery shopping this week. I have been trying to steal favorite foods this week, as my last ones. . .
Thanks Karen, I found this site and think it's wonderful. Wish I have learned about it a long time ago. I am looking through all these recipes people have posted, hopefully once I am into SB more I can contribute back with my own creation, these recipes everyone has come up with are much better then the ones listed on the official SB website.
I am starting on Sunday as well. I want to make sure I have all of the necessary information before I jump into it. I look forward to meeting other beachers on here :-)
