Default Post-PhaseI and Sweet Treats?

Hey, folks. I've read the book (twice, actually) and have searched the FAQs forum and maybe I'm dense, but I don't seem to see the answer to my question, which is: After Phase 1, do you need to keep to one Sweet Treat a day (I'd think you would, which is fine, but I can't seem to find a firm answer on this) and does it have to still be only 100 calories?

Because I'm seeing recipes for dessert-y things that can't possibly be only 100 calories a serving.

Anybody know? Thanks!!

I think some of the desserts wouldn't have to be included in "sweet treats".
Ricotta creme is a cheese, pb cup would be counted as a nut serving, and 2/3 of your "sweet treat" allowance.
Berries and cool whip, you'd just have to count the cool whip, etc. At least that's how I understood it.. so the sweet treats would be miscellaneous items with AS's. like NSA fudgsicles, SF jello, cool whip, etc. You still only get 100 calories worth, I think.
