Hi,
I'm finally back. I was doing so well from Jan.-April, then I spent about 3 weeks back in my old ways wen I returned home to help care for my Dad when he was dying. Ate all of my family favorites, stopped exercising, etc. Now 2 months later I have gained 10 pounds back. Also, I gave blood prior to all of this (beginning of April) and my total cholesterol was 152. I just gave blood last week and it is up to 170. Still good, I know, but I am amazed at the difference in just 2 months. Talk about motivation!!
