How about some laughing cow cheese? They have some new chipoltle ones that are great.
also, grilled onions, grilled peppers or squash, sliced avocado, feta cheese, spinach, sprouts etc.
Also very tasty is greek yogurt with finely chopped green onions, dill and cucumber.

yum. Can I come over? I'm making myself hungry.

I've found that topping any kind of fish, chicken etc with more veggies makes it a lot more fun and adds a lot of variety to what you eat. We eat some kind of seafood almost every night (thanks to BP we are not getting fresh much any more) so it looks like a lot of chicken and turkey for the near future!

Kraft makes a low fat Mayo that is mostly olive oil. if you don't go wild, it is great. Also I love to pile my burgers with veggies of all sorts. Whoever said humus had a wonderful idea. gonna put that on my next burger. Avocados are great on sandwiches too.
