Hello. I have decided to start SB today with one of my co-workers. I have done this diet once before, but did not have great luck with it because the people I were doing it with wanted to stay on Phase 1 for a long time, and I had never done it before so I did what they wanted to do. This time I have decided to do Phase 1 for 2 weeks and go right to Phase 2.
I did have one one question that I did not remember. Are Starbucks skinny caramel lattes allowed on Phase 1??
