An important suggestion though about brand recommendations in these threads - always read the label before buying any product. Many of us have discovered too late that companies often change their formulas so what was okay a year ago may have a completely different recipe. SBD will make you an expert label reader

I bought Oroweat Double Fiber bread. I hope that works out. It has 6g of Fiber and 2g of sugar per slice. I'm assuming it should be okay. Water, Whole wheat flour, wheat gluten are the first ingredients and no HFCS....
